This app is designed for tenants at the 677 Dutchess Turnpike commercial building owned and managed by Infinity Solutions NY LLC. Prospective tenants can submit applications for space and keep up to date on availability. Tenants can review their leasing and payments files from their smartphones, and make payments and submit maintenance requests electronically. Service providers are also provided with accounts on the app, and maintenance requests can be assigned to service providers and then tracked through to completion. Tenants can also use the app to access real time production information from the solar power system that powers the building, as well as other available information and notices about the building. Emergency and routine communication for tenants can also be initiated through the app.
